• Sales = Maximizes store sales goals verses budget and prior year.
• Profits = Maximizes profit goals verses budget.
• Quality, Service and Cleanliness = Ensures continual improvement in QSC standards on all day parts utilizing appropriate systems.
• Food Safety = Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures with managers and crew.
