Proximity Learning is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in supporting K12 students during the current school year. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in K12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy programs based on assessment results and previous data if applicable.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with students, maintaining detailed progress records while engaging them in meaningful conversations to assess their emotional response and address any concerns.
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to share progress updates and collaborate on instructional strategies that support student communication skills.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders to report progress, suggest home activities, and answer questions about therapy.
• Reevaluate students regularly to track progress in accordance with district, state and federal guidelines.
• Engage students in meaningful conversation to assess emotional response to therapy and address concerns or frustrations.

Required Qualifications :

(ASHA CCC preferred).
