About the role & team

We’re building a high-performing, feedback-hungry sales org—and you’ll be a core pillar of it. As a Founding AE at NPHire , you are self-motivated, want to make an impact for yourself and the company, and have a desire to rapidly grow into a Director of Sales.

What you will do

  • Own the number : Manage full-cycle deals from discovery through close; build and backstop your own pipeline to consistently exceed quota.
  • Hunt & win : Prospect into enterprise accounts, secure meetings, run multi-threaded cycles, and close new logo business with a true hunter mentality.
  • Sell the solution : Position communication technology-enabled managed services (virtual events, conferences, and secure hosted virtual meetings) to senior executives at public and private companies.
  • Be the customer’s voice : Capture and relay product feedback, advocate for customer needs, and partner cross-functionally to delight accounts.
  • Train like a pro : Participate in weekly sessions, call reviews, and 1 : 1 coaching; continuously refine your craft and share best practices back with the team.
  • Operate with rigor : Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, and activity metrics; complete weekly reporting in line with our cadence.
  • Level up the system : Iterate on messaging, collateral, and talk tracks; collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to optimize conversion across the funnel.
  • Be organized & document-driven : File documents and organize Google Drive via clear categorization so the team can move faster. (required)

Who are you :

  • Experienced AE : We’re open-minded, but you have at least some prior Account Executive experience with a record of high performance.
  • Coachable craftsman : You crave feedback, love reps and sets, and treat selling as a craft to be mastered.
  • Executive-ready communicator : Sharp, credible with senior leaders; an excellent writer and storyteller who connects quickly with people.
  • Integrity-first teammate : You work hard, do what you say you’ll do, and make those around you better.
  • What you've done :

  • Demonstrated over-achievement against targets (professionally and in other areas of life).
  • Built and managed healthy pipeline while running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Contributed to team systems playbooks, messaging, collateral and improved win rates through iteration.
