Seeking a service leader to oversee all dining room staff for up and coming fine dining restaurant in the south bay. The ideal candidate will have prior fine dining experience and impeccable service standards. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the best teams in hospitality.
General Manager Responsibilities :
- Working the floor during service to communicate, coordinate, and assist in orchestrating all steps of service to ensure that all guests receive impeccable service throughout their experience
- Ensure the dining room is set properly, and service pieces are in the correct order / place and maintained
- Responsible for the training, scheduling, and growth of the front-of-house staff
General Manager Requirements :
