Our thriving private practice in Wexford, PA is expanding, and we are seeking 2–4 Licensed therapists to join our team. We welcome both part-time and full-time clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • In-person availability in Wexford, PA (with optional hybrid scheduling).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD).
  • Already credentialed with major insurance companies.
  • Strong alignment with the values of the practice : collaboration, compassion, integrity, social justice, and client-centered care.
  • Specialized training or experience in one or more of the following :

    • Eating Disorders

  • Child, Adolescent, and / or Older Adult Populations
  • Substance Use Disorders
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Psychological Testing & Assessment
  • Group Therapy
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and / or groups.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining clinical independence.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-oriented practice culture.
