Facilities Planner

We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative and thoughtful professional with strong people, written communication and organizational skills to work on a wide variety of Institute planning initiatives. The candidate will provide direct support to the Director / Assistant Director of Planning and lead the entire move process from initial planning to execution; the coordination, management, purchase and installation of non-project-related furniture, equipment; provide budgetary estimates for furniture, fixtures & equipment; assist in project development, project coordination and management; space planning and project design. Required Education and Experience :
1. Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, interior design, or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of prior full-time experience involving master planning, functional planning, project planning, project management, and project development of diverse, interrelated major program components; or
2. Associate's degree in planning, architecture, interior design, or a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of prior full-time experience involving master planning, functional planning, project planning, project management, and project development of diverse, interrelated major program components.
NOTE : Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
