Job descriptionDevelop backend services and web services that power voice-based AI bots using modern LLM models. Build and maintain general voice application logic, including real-time audio handling and conversational flow orchestration. Integrate AI services with contact center platforms such as Genesys or Twilio. Create secure API integrations with internal and external systems, including REST- and WebSocket-based services. Build and maintain internal dashboards or tools (React or similar) for monitoring, configuration, and reporting. Deploy and operate services using Azure App Service, Azure DevOps pipelines, Azure Key Vault, Azure API Management (APIM), and related Azure components. Work with Apigee for enterprise API exposure, routing, and governance when required. Implement structured logging, metrics, analytics, and error handling for production environments. Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript or JavaScript. Hands-on experience integrating LLM / AI APIs (any vendor). Experience building and consuming web services (REST and / or WebSocket). Experience developing voice or telephony applications, IVR logic, or real-time audio systems. Experience working with speech-to-text or text-to-speech engines. Background in conversational AI or agent-assist solutions. Familiarity with contact center platforms (Genesys Cloud preferred; Twilio acceptable). Strong understanding of API design, authentication, and integration patterns. Experience deploying and managing services in Azure, including App Service and Azure DevOps. Experience working with API gateways such as Azure API Management or Apigee. Comfortable with asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures. Experience with cloud logging and monitoring tools, including Azure Log Analytics. Basic front-end development experience with React or similar frameworks. Experience building analytics pipelines or event-driven reporting systems.
