We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of chronic pain and substance use disorders.

Position Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Addiction Medicine Physician to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patients with substance use disorders, particularly those with co-occurring chronic pain conditions. This role involves direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the development of individualized treatment plans that align with Synovation's integrative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with substance use disorders, including opioid use disorder.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
• Collaborate with pain management specialists, behavioral health providers, and physical therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences.
