About the Role : As the Director of Property Operations and Facilities, you will oversee the maintenance, operations, and sustainability initiatives of this world-class resort. Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will ensure that our expansive facilities, intricate water features, and stunning accommodations operate seamlessly, delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Waldorf Astoria legacy of luxury.
What will I be doing? As Director of Property Operations and Facilities, you would be responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility to protect the well-being of all guests and team members in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
The annual salary range for this role is $210,000 to $240,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
