Responsibilities

Supports and manages the coordination of all aspects of medication acquisition and distribution to meet the goals and priorities of regional and UPH pharmacy services.

Responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight, assuming the responsibility as the Pharmacist in Charge, as applicable.

Helps plan and sustain clinical pharmacy programs to enhance patient care and performs and / or delegates the human resources functions of hiring, training, corrective action, evaluations, and staff development.

Maintains own personal goals and assists with developing departmental goals in support of the entire organization, including meeting budget targets.

Leads quality initiatives to improve efficiency, process, workflows, and outcomes both within the pharmacy and within the multidisciplinary team.

Responsible for supervising and implementing all aspects of the 340B programs, including audits, compliance, and daily operations, if applicable.

Qualifications

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
