We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers
Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach
Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred
Strong documentation, supervision, and caregiver collaboration skills
Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
$75–$100 / hour , based on experience and caseload
Sign-on bonus after 90 days
Referral bonuses for new clients or staff referrals
Travel stipends for extended mileage cases
