Jail Release Coordinator

Were hiring a full-time and part-time Jail Release Coordinators to join our Fort Worth office, where youll have the opportunity to make a real difference in clients lives. Jail Release Coordinator Role / Responsibilities :   (Included but not limited to)

• Assessing the needs of prospective clients and linking them to the appropriate resources.
• Assist prospective clients via phone, and email with questions and concerns.
• Act as liaison between court, bond company and the firm.
• Enter prospective clients into the case management system and maintain file.
• Collect / request, review, organize, identify key / important information.
• Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
• Ensure appointments are calendared.
• Help with phone and reception duties as needed.
• Overtime hours are available.

The pay range for this role is :
