Job Description

Responsible for driving business sales, retention and growing existing client revenue. Manage client relationships and drive profitability, satisfaction, and organic growth. Manage a team of client service and underwriting staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with sales associates, underwriters, and insurance company representatives.
• Solicit submissions from sales associates.
• Provide quotes for insurance coverage and successfully place accounts.
• Accountable for full cycle recruitment, management, and development of assigned team, including monitoring and directing work, performance management, and training.
• Handle complaints and inquiries.
• Communicate account and business problems to branch or division manager, including potential errors and omissions incidents.
• Collect unpaid receivables from sales associates. Utilize company’s accounting system.
• Obtain and maintain production levels established by branch or division manager.
• Keep current with insurance products offerings and industry trends, including advantages and disadvantages.
