Quality, Risk And Patient Safety Coordinator
Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.
Coordinate quality, risk and / or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems / performance measures.
Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.
Analyze and reports on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
Licensure / Certification / Registration :
Quality Professional preferred.
Risk Management preferred.
Education :
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note : Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
STRONGLY PREFERRED : RN with a BSN
