The Senior HR Business Partner role is onsite at our Santa Clara, CA location and serves as a resource to onsite teammates and leadership, providing guidance on human resources-related matters, and provides HR support for the manufacturing site and other functions. This role collaborates with key stakeholders and leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving initiatives that enhance teammate engagement and performance. Through a strong relationship with other HR teams and centers of excellence, support work in the areas of workforce planning, organization design, talent management and attraction, teammate relations, leader development and teammate engagement. Advisor to people managers and senior leaders on issues including restructuring, investigations and other complex employee issues. Provide counsel, coaching, and direction to business leaders on all HR matters. Implementation of human resource strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards across all locations and field operations. Champion company culture and management practices aligned with our mission and values, including team member recognition and inclusion. Manage existing programs to reinforce strong performance and potential, and support our talent development and learning initiatives Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree, required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related Human Resources experience or similar, preferably within a manufacturing site.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal human resources law, compensation and benefits administration, and general knowledge of HRIS.
  • Requires excellent employee relations skills, coaching skills and certifications, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and administration.
  • Self-motivated to work independently and adapt quickly in a highly evolving environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions or working in a matrixed organization.
