Position Expectations

Overaa Construction is looking for a high potential candidate with a minimum of 10 years experience in healthcare and related fields. The executive role will lead the charge in growing and expanding the healthcare business for our company. A vital role includes developing and mentoring a team of managers. As a key company representative, the PX is expected to deliver projects on-schedule and within budget that exceed expectations of our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Responsible for developing and expanding healthcare and lab market sectors.
• Responsible for overall project execution, from precon to closeout.
• Develop and motivate Overaa teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, with high-level craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.
• Manage contractual obligations including owner contracts and subcontracts.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and industry partners to ensure repeat customers and referrals.
• Promote a culture of safety as demanded by Overaa.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with company values including loyalty, humility, reliability, can-do attitude, and doing the right thing.
• Responsible for directing and mentoring project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and project admins.

Qualifications

The anticipated salary range for this position is dependent on experience. This does not include bonus compensation or other benefits such as health, disability, life, retirement, or other benefits which may impact total compensation. The actual offered salary to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, qualifications, and location. This salary range is subject to future modification.
