What We Need You to Do

  • Start each shift with an enthusiastic "Think Big" vibe that motivates the entire team
  • Welcome every person in a friendly way and then provide excellent customer service
  • Drive sales by actively engaging with every customer
  • Keep the store clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist in receiving and replenishing inventory on the sales floorwe always want to look our best

    • What We Are Looking for . . .

  • Someone who is at least 16 years old
  • Someone with a knowledge of Sweet Salt Modest Fashion
  • Someone who has availability when we are busy, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Someone with strong visual merchandising skillsespecially in clothing
  • Someone with an ability to regularly move around all areas of the store and to be accessible to customers
  • Someone who feels comfortable engaging with customers in a genuine way
  • Someone who can stand for long periods of time
  • Someone who can bend, reach, and stretch, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
