Duties

As a Certified Home Health Aide, some of your responsibilities will include :

Assisting clients with personal care tasks.

Providing companionship to clients and fostering a positive environment.

Preparing meals tailored to individual dietary needs.

Supporting clients with mobility needs and ensuring their safety at all times.

Engaging in activities that promote comfort and connection.

Performing light housekeeping tasks.

Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.

Live-In Shift Details

Shift Schedule : Live-in aides are provided with 24-hour accommodation, and the schedule includes 3 days on, 4 days off (or customized schedule depending on client needs).

Rest Periods : Aide is provided with adequate sleep, and meal breaks during the night (typically 8 hours of sleep time).

Responsibilities During Off Hours : During off hours, aides are expected to be on-call and available for emergency assistance, but most of their time will be off-duty for rest.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience :
