Hiring BC / BE Emergency Medicine Physicians on a W2 or 1099 basis at St. Lukes The Vintage in northwest Houston.

  • Position Available :

1 Full Time Position (all shifts)

  • 1 Nocturnist position ($10k starting bonus for FT W2 position with one year commitment)
  • Part Time or PRN
  • Physician Shifts : 6 AM - 3 PM; 2 PM - 12 AM; 8 PM - 6 AM
  • Physician Coverage : 29 hours
  • APP Coverage :   20 hours
  • Annual Visits : 28,000
  • Admission Rate : 19%
  • Patients Per Hour :   1.9
  • POCUS : Yes
  • EMR :  Epic
  • ER Beds : 20
  • Hospital Beds : 106
  • Specialists On Staff : Wide range of specialists, no Labor & Delivery unit at this hospital
  • Imaging : All modalities on site

    • Compensation

  • Compensation Plan : All RVU & QSP Quality Safety Performance payment metrics pay (paid monthly)
  • W2 :  $251 / hr average; ranges from $220 / hr - $285 / hr (all RVU & QSP)
  • 1099 :   $265 / hr average (all RVU & QSP)
  • Night Shift Differential :   $30 / hr
  • Income Guarantee : first 90 days
  • Starting Bonus : $10,000 for dedicated Nocturnist full-time position with 12 month commitment

  • $5,000 Annual CME / Business Expense Reimbursement Allowance
  • Benefits eligible on first clinical shift (full time for benefits eligibility is an average of 120 hours per month)

  • Healthcare Savings Account with $500 or $1,000 annual seed money contribution from company or Flexible Savings Account
  • 401K with  immediately vested  company match of 100% for the first 3% of salary deferral and 50% of 4-5% of salary deferral (annual maximum company match of $13,800)
  • Liability Insurance : $2mil / $4mil Occurrence-based liability insurance coverage (no tail coverage necessary)
