Position Details:

Full-Time | $18-19/hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do as a Front Desk Associate:

Lead by Example:

Support and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service, handle challenges with confidence, and keep the positive energy flowing.

Own the First Impression:

Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins, handle special requests, and resolve concerns - ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in.

Problem-Solving Pro:

You’ll be the go-to person for escalated guest issues, team questions, and unexpected challenges - keeping calm, professional, and solution-oriented.

Stay Organized & Efficient:

Oversee daily front desk operations, ensure accurate reservations, manage room assignments, and handle cash and payment processes with precision.

Collaborate Across Departments:

Work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and leadership to keep hotel operations running seamlessly.

Support & Step Up:

Whether it's assisting guests, jumping in during busy times, or rolling up your sleeves to help the team, you lead with heart and hustle.
