We are looking for a driven, focused, and passionate Store Director to join our team. Through strong leadership, the Store Director motivates store teams to achieve company objectives and metrics and manages resources efficiently to drive business productivity and profit. This role represents our brand standards in selling, service, and merchandising. The Store Director also ensures proper security procedures are followed and promotes our culture, values, and mission while fostering a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $95,000 and $110,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time‑off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
