As a Part Time Primary Care Physician, you'll provide care to client employees  and their dependents in our Health Center located in Austin, MN. The scheduled hours are Tuesdays from 10 : 30 am -7 pm.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of$165-$175 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
