Industrial Engineer - Time Studies (On-site)

Our client is seeking an Industrial Engineer specializing in time studies to support ongoing programs at a major combat-vehicle manufacturing site in York, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting detailed time studies, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment. Conduct time studies across multiple production lines and processes Document findings clearly and accurately for engineering and manufacturing teams Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and workflow efficiency Communicate results, recommendations, and insights effectively Work closely with multiple functional groups to support project and program needs Required Skills Hands-on experience conducting time studies Ability to document and present time-study results clearly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated teamwork and coordination across departments Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Process Engineering Benefits : Health Insurance 401k Tentative Shift
