You possess superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.

You are comfortable with communication orally and in writing with internal and external legal staff in face-to-face and video one-on-one settings, group settings, by telephone and by e-mail or regular correspondence.
Candidate should have (or will be required to obtain) an active Arizona Notary Public Commission.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education / Background :
Associate’s degree and / or paralegal certificate required.
Three to five (3-5) years of experience as a paralegal working in a legal environment with two to four (2-4) years of experience as paralegal working on contracts, real estate transactions, and / or mergers and acquisitions.
Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications of this role.
Experience managing a high volume of work and complex legal matters.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Demonstrated diplomacy and ability to offer dissenting points of view in consistently constructive and positive ways.
Ability to generate respect and trust from staff while fostering cross-functional collaboration and a strong sense of teamwork.
Candidate should have (or will be required to obtain) an active Arizona Notary Public Commission.
