Home Health RN Opportunities - UnityPoint at Home

Positions Available :

RN Case Manager

RN Visit Nurse (Weekend Package)

Schedule : Full-time (1.0 FTE), Day and Weekend options available

Location : Quad Cities Region

Medical / Surgical RN Opportunities - UnityPoint Health Hospitals

Shifts : Days (6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM) | Nights (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM)

Rotation : Every 3rd weekend & holiday rotation

Locations : Rock Island & Bettendorf campuses

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements (All RN Roles)

Graduate of an accredited RN program but New Graduates welcome

Active RN license in applicable state(s)

Current BLS certification

Valid driver's license and auto insurance (Home Health only)

Additional certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., NIHSS, Chemotherapy, Telemetry)
