RN candidates only - will be floated to all units, including Vents." Candidate will be expected to work in the vents unit but will also be floated to rehab, long-term care or dementia care. Specifically for the vents unit – there is a 1 / 16 resident ratio. There is an RT on staff that deals with the vents themselves, but the RN would need to suction and know how to complete tube feedings and wound care. MUST HAVE ACTIVE BLS & WI RN LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.  EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH VENTS PATIENTS A HUGE PLUS! Shift : 12 hours NOC shift, 36 hours / week Shift Information : 6pm - 6am  Weekend Rotation : Every other weekend required Holiday requirements : Every other holiday required Mount View Care Center in Wausau, Wisconsin, is a 200‑bed facility, offering a wide range of care options including : Skilled nursing Post-acute and short‑term rehabilitation Ventilator-dependent and long‑term care Specialized dementia services
