Duties :

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and guest services orientation
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is a plus
  • Good understanding of guest relations and ability to communicate effectively
