• As a Registered Nurse (RN), Provide advice & support to the Residents and their families\n
• Monitoring Residents and administering medication and treatments\n
• Documents Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. records\n
• Protects Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocols\n
• Resolves Resident problems &needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies\n
• Assures quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of care\n
• Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential\n\nREQUIREMENTS : \n
• Should work well in a team environment\n
• Current State Registered Nurse RN License\n
• Long-Term Care experience preferred\n
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office\n
• Excellent communication skills\n
