Locum NeoNatal APPs needed in Salt Lake City, UT
Client needs 5 APP's!
Ideally want UT License but IMLC is fine.
12-hour shifts usually but some can be 24 hours.
Hospital Setting
Credentialing: 30-60 days
Start: 1/1/2026
End: 1/1/2027
Work Schedule: Shift is 7A-7P and 7P-7A. Mostly 12-hour shifts. Most of which are day shifts, with some being nights (or 24 hours). Weekdays, weekends, holidays. They are ideally looking for full-time, so the number of days would be 24 in a month. Looking for at least three 12-hour shifts per week
Patient Volume: 5-7 during the day and 18-20 at night
Procedures: 1-3 in a level 4 ECMO surgical unit (ECMO is not required but would be helpful)
EMR: EPIC
License: UT or IMLC
Certifications: NCC for NP and Board Certified as a PA and level 4 NICU Surgical Experience, BLS, PALS, NRP
Relevant Exp/Skill Set Needed:
See patients in the inpatient setting
Obtain and document patient history
Obtain and document discharge exam

CORE PRIVILEGES - Privileges to: a) admit and discharge patients as a dependent agent for a physician with admitting privileges unless granted sole admitting privileges, b) see patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting, c) obtain and document patient history, physical exam and discharge exam, d) write orders in the medical chart, within the Advanced Practice Practitioner's scope of practice, experience and training for Common Diagnostic Studies, Common Therapies and Consultations and e) administer or prescribe controlled and non-controlled substance prescription drugs and devices, as appropriately licensed or as noted in appropriate Delegation of Services Agreement.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGES - Please provide documentation of current clinical compliance; i.e., training and recent experience: Sedation for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
