Schedule :

34 half-day clinic sessions / week

Ideally 3 weeks per month

Flexible on days / times (AM / PM availability most days)

Shift Hours : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM for full-day sessions

Call : None

EMR : Epic Required Skills & Procedures

Primary Need : Outpatient Botox treatment for spasticity management

Board Certification : Required (PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology acceptable)

Certifications : BLS required

Experience / Scope : Independent practice

Must be able to manage full clinic schedule

RN and MA support provided

EMGs preferred but not required

Candidate must have proven Botox injection experience Additional Notes

Specialty title is flexible skillset is key

Patient load : Full clinic schedule

No surgical or mid-level supervision required
