MES Implementation Engineer (Fairborn)

Insight Global is seeking a MES Implementation Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in the Dayton, OH area. This resource will be critical to transforming manufacturing operations through a variety of cutting-edge technologies. Youll design, implement and optimize the manufacturing execution systems in order to bridge the gap between factory floor and enterprise level systems like ERP and PLCs. Youll be responsible for creating and enabling production processes and workflows. Youll translate production data into strategic insights to improve quality and efficiency and diagnose and resolve technical issues. On a day to day, youll ensure data flows between shop floor systems and business systems to maintain tracking. Responsibilities could include configuring and deploying MES solutions that integrate with ERP systems. You will be collaborating across multiple teams and help MES implementations meet regulatory quality standards.

• Enterprise DOD IT program delivery
• Masters Degree
• Certifications like (PMP or Agile / Scrum or ITIL)
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM
• 5+ years of experience as a systems engineer or manufacturing engineer or implementation engineer
• 4+ years of experience with MES systems (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Factory Talk, GE Proficy, AVEVA, etc)
• Experienced in SQL scripting
• Experience with large-scale programs (architecture, development, compliance) within the DOD
