Commercial Counsel (Licensed Attorney)

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel who will support a broad range of commercial transactions across its global business.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, SLAs, and vendor contracts

Advise Sales, Procurement, IT, Security, and Finance teams on contract terms and negotiation strategies

Improve contracting processes and support contract lifecycle management practices

Required Qualifications

J.D. (or equivalent) and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction

4-7+ years of commercial legal experience, preferably in-house or in tech / SaaS

Experience negotiating SaaS license agreements, SLAs, and vendor contracts

Strong drafting skills and business judgment

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
