Responsibilities\n\nAs a Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide essential patient care in transitional units, catering to patients who require more monitoring than the med-surg floor but do not need intensive care. Your key duties will include : \n

• Continuously evaluate and monitor patient's progress, detecting any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.\n
• Calculate and administer medication dosages accurately, titrate doses as necessary, and provide ongoing medication infusions while monitoring patients for medication effects.\n
