Responsibilities
- Maintains a caseload of 16 or more clients
- Company supports employee with building caseload
- Sessions may be in-person or via telehealth
- Employee has the flexibility in setting their own schedule
- Attends weekly 2 hour group supervision
- Attends weekly 1 hour individual supervision
- Attends weekly 1-2 hour trainings
Company focuses on Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems; the trainings will have an emphasis on these modalities.
Qualifications
Registered with the BBS as an Associate MFT, Associate PCC, or Associate ASW.Associates with less than a 1000 hours collected are preferred.An interest in learning and utilizing Child-Parent Psychotherapy.An interest in learning and utilizing Internal Family Systems.Can work independently in completing necessary documentation.Salary & Benefits
Compensation is based on a percentage pay structure.
