Lead, Regional Marketing

CenterWell is redefining senior-focused care across the countryand we're looking for a strategic, enterprise-minded marketing leader to help scale that mission. As Lead, Regional Marketing, you'll own regional marketing strategies across CenterWell Primary Care's Southeast, West and Central markets, driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency in diverse communities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll blend data, creativity, and collaboration to deliver tailored marketing solutions that resonate deeply with patients and caregivers. Key role functions include : strategic leadership & planning, insights & intelligence, and stakeholder & partner management.
Use your skills to make an impact. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field OR equivalent related experience, 8+ years of experience building and executing highly impactful marketing strategies, strong analytical skills, deep empathy for the customer, excellent communication and presentation skills, expert knowledge and use of marketing frameworks, experience working in a matrixed organization, ability to identify actionable insights, highly collaborative mindset, strong bias for results, and demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or master's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, experience in healthcare, senior services, or multi-site operations, experience managing agency relationships and media planning, and experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
Additional information includes the need for a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps for home or hybrid home / office employees, provision of telephone equipment by Humana, and work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. The hiring process will involve contact via text message and email using HireVue technology, and may include pre-recorded voice, text messaging, and / or video interviews. Travel may be required for training or meetings.
Scheduled weekly hours are 40. The pay range is $126,300 - $173,700 per year, and this job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and / or individual performance.
