Sales Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the sales operations and customer support industry, is seeking a sales support specialist to join their team. As a sales support specialist, you will be part of the sales operations department supporting field sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Sales Support Specialist Location : Waukesha, WI (Remote Milwaukee area strongly preferred) Pay Range : $22.84 per hour

What's the Job?

• Serve as the main liaison between the field sales team and internal departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of sales processes.
• Create, edit, and process quotes, orders, and change requests efficiently.
• Manage documentation and workflows to meet customer commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to close workflows and resolve issues proactively.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations performance.
