A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Review / Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
Collaborate with all parties involved in the claims process, including injured persons, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers
Required Qualifications
Unencumbered compact RN license required
CCM certification strongly preferred
Experience in Utilization Review (UR) and worker's compensation case management required
Professional licenses or certifications must be current and unrestricted
Must adhere to the standards of practice outlined by the national certifying body or jurisdictional standards
