Location : Bay Shore, NY (100% Onsite)

Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $85,000 $90,000 annually

Education : Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Language Requirement : Bilingual (Spanish / English)

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist with 35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role will support core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding / offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with policies and labor laws
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries
• Support payroll processing (preferably using ADP)
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning
• Provide bilingual support for HR communications and engagement initiatives

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 / yr.
