Position Overview : We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead sales and territory development within a defined geography. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market share by delivering intelligent, value-added solutions in building automation. Success in this position requires technical aptitude, a consultative sales approach, and deep knowledge of the commercial construction or building systems industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Revenue Growth : Achieve or exceed sales and gross profit targets through disciplined territory management and strategic account development.
• Customer Engagement : Manage a portfolio of contractors, engineers, and integrators; assess customer needs and align BCS solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Business Development : Proactively identify and cultivate new customer relationships; consistently prospect to build pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Solution Selling : Present the full suite of BCS products and services, demonstrating ROI and performance benefits tailored to project and customer requirements.
• CRM Proficiency : Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track project status, log activities, and maintain account plans and strategies.
• Specification Support : Collaborate with consulting engineers to influence design specifications and increase BCS participation in competitive bids.
• Internal Collaboration : Work with the Technical Solutions Group to deliver customer value through training, project support, and technical consultation.
• Market Presence : Represent BCS at trade shows, industry events, and professional organizations to build brand visibility and customer relationships.
• Travel : Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, support opportunities, and grow market presence.
