Job description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated communications professional to lead product communications efforts in collaboration with global marketing and cross-functional teams. This role is central to shaping and executing communications strategies that elevate leadership in high-performance, low-power computing platforms and technologies, including AI and data center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, media engagement, and strategic communications, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans for product launches, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with PR agencies, overseeing deliverables, reporting, and media outreach.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and global PR teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with press and media outlets in North America.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to engage in relevant news cycles.
  • Craft high-quality press materials, FAQs, executive messaging, and storytelling assets.
  • Support influencer marketing and analyst relations initiatives as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and timely execution.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Technology / Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Public Relations or related experience.

    • OR

  • Associate’s degree and 7+ years of Public Relations or related experience.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • 7+ years in public relations, communications, or product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record managing media relations and PR agency partnerships.
  • Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling expertise.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into compelling narratives.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and analyst relations (a plus).
  • 2+ years in roles requiring interaction with senior leadership.
  • 2+ years in a large matrixed organization.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role (with or without direct reports).

    • Level of Responsibility

  • Provides supervision to direct reports (as applicable).
  • Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate team.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Develops and manages budgets, schedules, and performance standards within department objectives.
  • Consulted by senior leadership on key organizational decisions.
  • Requires planning, problem-solving, and prioritization in dynamic work environments.
