Your Role as a Registered Nurse :

As a fundamental member of our care team, you will deliver expert clinical care while providing leadership within the home setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and managing patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team devoted to quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments tailored to individual patient needs and physician orders.
• Develop and regularly update care plans to meet changing conditions and goals.
• Implement skilled nursing interventions in accordance with practice standards and physician instructions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation as per regulations.
• Lead case conferences to foster collaboration among caregivers and clinicians.
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families about managing their conditions and treatment plans.
• Advocate for patient dignity, preferences, and overall well-being at every stage of care.

What You'll Need :

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN) .

Active Registered Nurse license in MA .

Current CPR / BLS certification .

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license .

Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care, home health, outpatient, or community health (within the last 2 years).

Up-to-date health certificate & TB test .

Strong understanding of HIPAA and a deep commitment to confidentiality.

Fluency in English (spoken & written) .

Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation :

$45 / visit

$100 / admission visit

$40 / medication administration
