About The Role

As Peregrine’s first Demand Generation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving scalable, 1-to-many marketing programs that complement our field marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels with a sharp focus on generating pipeline and reaching our target audience in state and local government.

This is a strategic and execution-oriented role with a direct impact on revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own campaign strategy and execution for webinars, paid media, email marketing, nurture programs, and other digital channels.
• Develop and launch full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
• Partner with field marketing to turn themes resonating in the field into cross-regional initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance metrics; use data to assess effectiveness and continuously optimize efforts.
• Understand and tailor messaging to resonate with target audiences within public sector.

What We’re Looking For

Salary Range : $140,000 - $185,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
