Job description

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Pediatrics MD in Ohio!

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Pediatrician to serve as Medical Director for our Pediatric Hospitalist program at OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital. This is a permanent leadership role overseeing a dedicated team and delivering outstanding pediatric care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

📍 Role Highlights :

Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists

Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists

24 / 7 on-call coverage – round-and-go model with call from home (~7 shifts / month)

Provide pediatric consultations to the ED

Perform circumcisions

Collaborate closely with Neonatologists & hospital leadership

Participate in CQI initiatives & knowledge exchange across the Pediatrix network

Job Requirements

Board Certified in Pediatrics – Required

Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain) – Required

Prior leadership experience – Preferred

Not accepting locums, visa candidates, commuters, or new grads
