We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join us here at Sign In Solutions—someone who excels at creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers and driving strategic growth. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing accounts, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders—including C-level executives—while navigating complex relationships, aligning solutions with client goals, and delivering measurable value. This position is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional with a customer-first mindset and a proven track record of exceeding business objectives. You'll also play a key role in forecasting and budgeting, ensuring revenue growth, and improving customer retention.
This can be either a hybrid position based in St Petersburg, Florida or remote depending on location.
