What You’ll Do AI-Driven Innovation – Champion emerging AI design tools for image, video, and layout to push creative boundaries and streamline workflows.

Brand Storytelling – Maintain and evolve the Capriotti’s brand identity across digital, print, menus, and in-store experiences.

Content Creation – Design for social media, ads, email, packaging, and merchandise—developing compelling content that drives engagement.

Photo / Video – Capture content or leverage AI alternatives to produce food, lifestyle, and event visuals that feel authentic to the brand.

Collaboration & Execution – Partner with marketing, copywriters, and stakeholders while juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For 2–4 years professional design experience (food & beverage industry a plus)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva

Hands-on experience with AI design tools (image, video, text-to-layout, automation workflows)

Strong portfolio showing creative range across digital + social content

Familiarity with web design / UX principles and social media trends

Excellent time management and attention to detail

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
