Medical Assistant

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Associate, Medical Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist LPNs with non-medical tasks such as referrals and care plans

Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, coordinating appointments and follow-ups

Conduct intake assessments and maintain detailed records of patient interactions

Qualifications

Experience as a medical assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred

Experience with Epic or other EMRs is preferred

Account management experience and technical troubleshooting skills

Must be available to work Pacific Time hours
