We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in the GI Lab on a PRN basis. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Your Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will render professional and technical nursing care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will play a vital role in upholding our mission, vision, values, and strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Licensed to practice nursing in Texas or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 6 months of RN experience; preferred 1-2 years
• GI Lab experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Promote a cooperative work environment using effective communication and teamwork.
• Educate patients and their families to ensure understanding of care processes.
• Create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly.
• Administer medication and IV therapy safely and timely.
• Take initiative for personal and professional growth and development.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care throughout their care journey.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
