We are currently looking for a BC family medicine physician or internal medicine physician to join our primary care practice in Silver Spring, MD who is interested in assuming this practice over time.

We have a unique opportunity in the culturally and economically diverse community of downtown Silver Spring. Our well respected primary care physician is looking for a well trained replacement.He has been serving his community for over 25 years and would like to transition the care of his patients to the next generation.Ideally, this transition would be over several years for the best outcomesand continuity of care of our patients.This entire practice is bilingual (Spanish / English) that includes a PA and a dedicated team who are caring for a patient population who are largely Hispanic. Our practice has delivered exceptional care with a practice philosophy of believing that our patients are treated and cared for like family.

• Our practice provides the full spectrum of primary care to patients who are mostly adolescents and adults
• Unique opportunity for a physician interested in partnership / ownership over time- a few years
• Utilize state-of-the-art services including population health management and opportunities for telemedicine, ACO distribution, desirable payor contracts
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
