Innovation Specialist
The Innovation Specialist is a versatile team member who supports Endeavor Health's innovation initiatives through business case analysis, ROI assessments, market scanning, and vendor evaluations. This role requires strong technology and AI literacy, with the ability to train and advise leaders on emerging trends and tools. The Specialist also develops and implements engagement programs, coordinates the innovation fellow program, and provides administrative support for all innovation-related activities.

What you will do :
Conduct business case and ROI analyses to support innovation proposals and measure outcomesPerform market scanning and vendor evaluations to identify and assess new technologies, solutions, and partnersCoordinate the innovation fellow program, supporting curriculum development and participant engagement.Design and implement engagement programs (e.g., forums, workshops, challenges) to foster a culture of innovation.Develop and deliver training sessions and resources to build AI literacy and technology competency among leaders and staff.Collaborate with various departments to identify innovation opportunities and support the development of innovative projects. Lead Internal Innovation Challenges and Hackathons. Plan innovation competitions to crowdsource ideas and encourage creative problem-solving. Guide participants and facilitate the transition of winners into pilots. Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation programs and initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.Facilitator of External Innovation Partnerships. Support broader team in relationship management with external innovation partners (AVIA, MATTER, ETC). Identify mechanisms to leverage partners in support of engagement objectives. Implement Innovation Metrics and Dashboards. Design and manage dashboards to track KPIs in partnership with portfolio manager and venture analyst.Support Change Management for Innovation Adoption. In partnership with TMO COE for Change Mgmt, develop and deliver change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. Develop plans alongside operational stakeholders to support teams undergoing transformation.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare innovation.Provide administrative and logistical support for all innovation-related events and activities.What you will need :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Health Administration, Marketing, OR Communications Studies / Speech Communication, requiredCertification :Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI), preferredSix Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) - American Society for Quality (ASQ), preferredExperience :2+ Years Healthcare or business experience with an emphasis in project management, innovation development, information technology, marketing or planning.2+ Years Proven project management experience managing large, complex, cross functional and high risk projects.Unique or Preferred Skills :An understanding of healthcare operations and the associated complexityAbility to work in a diverse environment with focus on customer serviceExcellent internal and external, and written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong technology and AI literacy skills preferredBenefits (For full time or part time positions) :
