Position Overview

As an RN here, you’ll enjoy autonomy in your practice, the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and a role where your expertise shapes high-quality care. Collaborate directly with leadership and care partners, advocate for individualized treatment plans, and help teach and empower families.

Key Responsibilities

Assess residents’ health and develop customized care plans with continual evaluation.

Supervise and train care partners; oversee treatments, including wound care, medication administration, and emergency interventions.

Communicate proactively with families, providing education and support to optimize outcomes.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and dignified environment that helps residents thrive.

Document medical care, collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

Serve as both patient advocate and clinical planner, ensuring holistic, responsive care for every individual.

Requirements

Active RN license in Minnesota and practice for over more than 2 years minimum.

Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
